Pasta

A hands-on experience where cooking is approached as process, technique, and creation from scratch.

During the session, participants work the dough, learn to shape different types of pasta, and prepare classic recipes using simple ingredients, focusing on gesture, rhythm, and precision.

The chef guides each step by combining demonstration and practice, creating a space where experimenting, making mistakes, and refining the result are part of the learning process.
