A guided sensory experience where wine becomes the starting point to explore flavor, balance, and culinary combinations.

Throughout the session, participants discover different wine profiles, understanding how factors such as grape variety, origin, and production influence each wine.

The experience is completed through the design of pairings, exploring combinations between wine and food to identify contrasts, harmony, and balance.
