Cooking Class

A participatory culinary experience where participants cook as a team and discover culture through flavors.

The session is designed as a practical journey through Spanish cuisine, preparing a variety of regional dishes—from pintxos and papas con mojo to classics like paella or Santiago cake—while working on technique, organization, and group dynamics.

Throughout the experience, the chef guides the process by combining explanation, demonstration, and hands-on practice, integrating cultural context and local products into each preparation.
